Check Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Return Shipping Fee

For returns due to personal reasons such as size, color, preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual carrier return shipping cost.

SURYUS does not currently charge a fixed return service fee. The final return shipping amount depends on the carrier, destination, package weight, and return method.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with photos or videos so we can review the issue and provide support.

Do not send returns to the sender’s address on your package. It may not be the correct return address.
