We want you to love your purchase. If something is not quite right, please review the return policy below before requesting a return.

What is the time limit for returns?

You may request a return within 30 days after the delivery date. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted. Please contact SURYUS customer service before shipping any return.

How do I return an item?

Start your return request

Email hello@suryus.com with your order number, full name, checkout email, item name, and return reason.

Wait for return instructions

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible. Do not send items back before receiving instructions.

Pack your items

Securely pack your return in its original packaging. Product tags, packaging, and hygiene liners, if applicable, must remain attached.

Ship it back

Ship the package according to the instructions provided by customer service and keep your tracking information until the return is completed.

Which items are eligible for return?

We accept returns for eligible items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging attached.

Eligible return condition

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • No damage, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or signs of use.
  • Original tags and packaging attached.
  • Return request submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Non-returnable items include

  • Items worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used.
  • Items without original tags or original packaging.
  • Final sale or clearance items, unless defective or incorrect.
  • Bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and hygiene-sensitive accessories.

Swimwear Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unworn, tried on over underwear, and returned with the hygiene liner, tags, and original packaging still attached.

Return Shipping Fees

SURYUS does not currently charge a fixed return service fee. Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and the carrier used.

Size, color, preference, change of mind, or other personal reason Customer pays the actual carrier return shipping cost. The final amount depends on the carrier, destination, package weight, and return method.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item Please contact us first. Send clear photos or videos. We will review the case and provide support based on the issue.
Unauthorized return or return sent to the wrong address May not be accepted. Refund processing may be delayed or rejected if the return was not approved by customer service.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we generally aim to process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Credit cards: Please allow additional time for your card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
  • PayPal and other payment methods: Refund timing may vary depending on the payment platform.
  • Original shipping fees: Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Important Notes

  1. Do not send returns to the sender’s address on your package. It may not be the correct return address.
  2. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  3. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, please send them together when possible.
  4. SURYUS reserves the right to review returned items before approving any refund.
